At Oostas, we value our clients and stand by the quality of service we provide. If you're unsatisfied with your experience, we'll do everything possible to make it right. We offer the following refund policy:

• Setup fees and subscription payments are non-refundable from the time of payment.
• We do not offer refunds after work has been started (strategy, content writing, design, or optimization.)
